A person reads each request, notes the equipment, fault, urgency and location, and sends it to up to 3 technicians who cover it. They contact you directly.

How we are paid

Technicians pay a fee for requests they accept. Plants and shops pay nothing to us.

We are not a repair company and we do not guarantee technicians' work. Ask for insurance and references before work starts.
